Refund, exchange and after sales support policy
1). As we are not getting paid before complete the tasks milestone therefore, there is no refund policy required. This is the confirmation to all our clients that we always work on client’s demo server and we send the payment request when our clients are 100% satisfied on our services. 2). We have two months after sales support. Therefore, if you got any bug in your project that we have developed then we are responsible to fix that ASAP. Please notify us within 60 days. 3). We have two step testing method before we delivery a project/ portion. A: Alpha testing and B: Beta testing. We always send the report to our clients and once the project is 100% working then we request for the payment.
